| General Steps for acquiring Stud Services 1 - Client contacts Wendy
either by Phone at 831-801-1106 or 831-636-1002; or by email; or by postal mail at: Old Growth
Oak Morgans, Wendy LeGate, 5003 FairView Road, Hollister, CA 95023. *By phone
is best.
2 - The appropriate process of Live Cover, or Shipped Semen is determined.
3 - The registered name and registration number of the mare is given to Wendy. *A scan
of the mare's pedigree is a great help. This is necessary for the Private Treaty
process.
4 - If a stud fee is agreed upon, A contract is sent to the client immediately.
The contract is then returned to Wendy signed and dated in all required places.
5 - Payment in full for the stud fee is expected, before the mare arrives, or semen is
shipped.
6 - If mare care is necessary, it will be provided at a charge of $5.00 per day.
7 - Mares staying at OGO, during the breeding process, will require a confirmation of
pregnancy at the owner's expense. These expenses are: $40 for the ranch call;
$50 for the ultra-sound and an additional $35, if the mare needs to be tranquilized.
8 - The owner is responsible for the cost of all vet services and arrangements need to
be made with the vet that I use, Tri County Vet. They can be reached at

1 - Soleil's stud fee is $500.
